Sometimes it’s hard to convince yourself to get up and out of the house to work out. So here is a free at home cardio workout that anyone can do in the comfort of their air-conditioned living room. I just did it yesterday and it definitely got my cardio up and I felt it in my muscles today more than if I had ran.
So here are the reps, it takes about 14 minutes. If you’re confused about any of the names you can see a video here.
Everybody Likes to See a Nice Butt Cut the Excuses, Forget the Gym, Get a Tight Rear with Matching Legs (for FREE!)
Rich or poor, rain or shine, there’s no good excuse for not exercising. Like most broke people, I don’t have a gym membership. But I have found ways to get my exercise outside without so many people around to see (or smell) me. Jogging, biking, or going for long fast-paced walks are great ways to get outside and work out. But If it’s not 75 and sunny, we get a little reluctant.
So today I bring you… Butt/Leg Exercises You Can Do Inside on Any Slightly Imperfect Day, for Free!
Tight Butt and Legs with Plyometrics (link to photos): These Plyometric exercises, “burn calories and build lean muscle fast”. These are a great way to get a tight butt fast. You don’t need any accessories that you can’t find at home. (substitute hand weights for household items like paper weights and workout stairs for a step stool) Plyometrics Reps: “For two weeks, do the workout once a week, then increase to twice a week. Start with one set of 10 reps of each exercise, then add one set of each exercise weekly until you reach the max: three sets of 10 reps twice a week. Finish each session with the two kink-busting stretches.”
Beach Bum Workout: Bum (link to video here): Sometimes it’s easier to follow a video, this is a great video to help work out your legs. Plus “Beach Bum Workout” has many videos on their YouTube channel to workout other muscle groups.
Work Out At Home (link to photos here): This article/photo gallery shows easy way to work out in the house. Again, no need for special equipment. Replace the small exercise ball with a dodge ball or foam ball. Work Out At Home Reps: Do these exercises 3 times a week accompanied with aerobics (like when the weather is better)
If you love viral videos than you probably already know all about Miss Jenna Marbles (@Jenna_Marbles). Marbles is the creator of her own vlog with numerous posts such as her most popular, “How to Trick People in to Thinking You’re Good Looking” a video from about a year ago that has over 30 million views.
I have watched her youtube channel for a while now and have always been a fan. She is smart, funny, pretty, and she has puppies! So of course I like her, along with her other 2,535,536 followers.
It wasn’t until recently that I found out that she was vegan from the video posted above. I think this is a great video for anyone trying to start eating a healthier diet.
Jenna says a few things in the video that I thought were very encouraging for new vegans. Below are the bullets of what I thought was most important, watch the video to hear her explanation of these points.
A vegan diet is not just for “crazy animal freaks” as she puts it, maybe not the nicest way to say it but you get the point. She is vegan because it makes her feel better and because it is easier to stay in shape.
She gives herself 1 “cheat” day where she lets herself eat cheese or meat. She also encourages new vegans to have patience with themselves and to give themselves some flexibility so they don’t get frustrated give up. Any time you lessens your consumption of meat and dairy is good for your health, the environment, and of course animals, so don’t feel like you have to go cold turkey. Move at your own pace, every effort helps.
Eat whole foods. She is practically the poster child for this blog, the definition of a Cheap Vegan. She wants to be healthy without having to spend extra cash or spend extra time preparing food. In the video she shares what she eats in a day. She also elaborates on how if you put in effort, you can have amazing variety.
Eat snacks/don’t deprive yourself of food. I thought this was so important and I was really glad she mentioned it. You should never deprive yourself of food/starve yourself. If you feel hungry, it is probably because you are hungry! So eat healthy snacks, she suggests fruits or nuts.
